  1. Mask and cover all flooring using Red Roslin paper and painters plastic on all carpets
  2. Move all furniture to the center of the room, then cover all furniture with clean plastic
  3. Sand all walls and trim to ensure proper paint adhesion
  4. Fill all dings and small holes
  5. Caulk all gaps on trim
  6. Repair all drywall cracks and follow up with a matching texture to blend away patches
  7. Prime all repairs using top-quality materials
  8. Apply two coats of Dunn-Edwards top-quality paint
  9. Clean up and label paint cans for touch-ups down the road
 

Our Commercial Interior Painting Process

  1. Pull dirt away from the base of the building
  2. Power wash house
  3. Scrape and sand all falling paint
  4. Patch all surface stucco damage with matching texture
  5. Mask all windows and hardscape
  6. Drop cloth all surrounding areas
  7. Apply one coat of Dunn-Edwards top-quality primer to all repairs
  8. Apply Bondo in small areas if necessary (wood replacement is recommended instead of Bondo, and Bondo is not guaranteed to hold up as long as the paint will)
  9. Caulk all gaps and cracks using a 35-year acrylic caulking
  10. Apply two coats of Dunn-Edwards top-quality exterior paint
