1. Power wash deck
2. Sand to remove the old finish
4. Some decking finishes require a wood bleach to achieve an even base color finish
3. Apply one-two coats of the appropriate product

*Typically decking material is not included in bid unless discussed at the time of the estimate

They cleaned up daily and threw a tarp over their equipment in the evenings and weekends so my yard didn't look like a paint shop
